We test the fix ourselves and then confirm with you that everything is working correctly. If anything isn't right, we continue until it is.

For maintenance plan clients, most non-urgent issues are addressed within 1-2 business days. Urgent issues (site down, security problems) get immediate attention regardless of time.

For one-time support requests, we respond within one business day to assess the issue and provide a quote for the fix.

For maintenance plan clients, bug fixes are included in the plan. For one-time fixes, we charge $75/hour with a 15-minute minimum for quick fixes. Most issues take 15-60 minutes. We provide estimates before proceeding on larger issues.
